Dear Peanut paying companies (TCS especially), don’t you have some basic manner in valuing the precious time of Candidates? When you’re scheduling interviews, you asked about the current salary and expectation. Even though knowing the peanut you’re going to offer is way below Candidate’s current salary, why are you still processing for further interviews? Don’t you ashamed of yourself calling as a Recruiter? These are basic manners/commonsense, which you guys are unaware of!!!

Is ghosting the new norm? I’ve been dealing with a senior HR manager at a company. She emailed me last Monday for availability for an in-person interviews. I responded promptly on Tuesday. Then I left a message on Thursday to advise if she needed additional time slots, I could provide more options. Indecisive about relocating to Bangalore and applying for a relocation to Kolkata instead. After that i got one more offer of 11.5 LPA, but the work profile is not what i want (Crystal Report Developer) whereas TCS is giving .Net Developer.
