I took the job because the industry I was coming from is very seasonal and hiring won't be in demand until spring next year. I am transitioning into a Investment Banking RM position at ING Bank. Any advice on being a good RM? Also anyone who works at ING have some inside scoop on the company? Everything I have heard from the interview process to talking to others is that it is a great place to learn and one of the better banks from a culture aspect. I am excited that I will be getting my series licenses and credit training as well. Transition from a back office finance FP&A role so kinda excited/nervous.

I have 2 job offers right now, and I have still 2 week left to complete my notice period. I have decided to keep looking for better opportunity so I keep giving interviews. Now I have selected in 3 more companies
But the problem is they are not releasing offer letter now waiting till last week. In that situation how come I will decide which offer and company is batter for me when I have just few days before the LWD. it's very hectic situation.

Any additional clauses I can ask for in order to hedge in case of recession? e.g. no clawback or signing bonus if fired within 12 months.

I am a registered nurse with over 10 years experience in various areas, including ER. I’m transitioning to L&D. I originally sent a resume to a post w/$10k sign-on. Before giving an offer, they sent a link stating I had to complete an app. The link showed a $20k sign-on bonus. Now the offer letter arrives with $10k. I’m not being greedy but could def use the extra as I am taking a pay cut for the position. Should I press for the $20k or just sign as is?

Has anyone had luck with increasing sperm count? My husband’s SA test results aren’t ideal (good morphology and motility but 10 million sperm count). He’s not overweight, not a smoker, drinks only occasionally (way less in quarantine, maybe once a month, and cut coffee down to two cups a day. He’s on proxeed now and vitamins recommended by our fertility doctor, but the doctor has been heavily recommending IUI or IVF and I’m not sure if we’re wasting our time trying to improve his count. Cont.

Deciding between 2 job offers in DC & would love some advice! Background- Masters in my field, 2.5 years of full-time experience. Job A is a large company, well-known, great benefits, consulting (no past consulting experience). Job B is small nonprofit, interned there before, would have more autonomy in role but basically no benefits package (liberal leave, no 401k match, no signing bonus). Trying to decide which is best as a career move, salary is comparable for both, TIA!!!
