Summers keep shrinking, so if I take one trip, that’s about all I can handle. I need the time to recover from the non-stop chaos of modern-day education.

Rest
I rest, relax, take a vacation. Thats pretty much the extent of it.
I enjoy my summer with my children and collect unemployment. I love going to their sports games and getting to be more active with them.
I tutor. I have some children in my neighborhood that go to a school that is all year round. So, I tutor them in math for extra money during the summer.
I like teaching too much so I don't stray too far from it with my summer job. I'm an instructor for ESL which is equally as rewarding but a bit more different because I usually teach adults.
I enjoy the beach and visiting out-of-town family. I also have a hand-lettering business, so I spend some time doing that during the summer, but only part-time.
Rest, relax, catch up with and binge Netflix, try new recipes. Got plenty of income saved from during the year.
I teach summer school for part of it and the rest is spent relaxing and spending time with my kids.
I manage several Airbnb's owned by my parents over the summer since that's the season where they're most active. Other than that, I just focus on being a stay-at-home mom for the rest of the summer.
I train horses.
I worked at a golf course a few days a week. I worked in the snack shop super easy and the tips were awesome!
I travel, relax, go to the lake. It's my time to do whatever I want.
