What do recruiters mean by “Non-Audit Advisory firms”? Like is there such a thing as an Audit Advisory firm?

Perforce technology, pune or Aera technology, Pune or Nagarro, Gurgaon.
Location is not a constraint. Which should i choose? I know Nagarro is very good company but its a service based. I want to move to product based company. Anyone know about Perforce software/Aera technology.

Is it normal for Managers have to take on roles both as a Senior and a Manger at the same time due to shortage in PA. Im at a midtier and a lot of my jobs don’t have Seniors and Partners don’t want to delay these jobs.

I turned 30 yesterday and I just now realized something about this job. It may not apply to everyone, but it seems to click for me.

Each and every audit/assurance engagement I’m on will be successful if BOTH the client and engagement team (and their expectations) are properly managed.

I’ve stumbled my way to M1 without realizing this. I was always focused on the engagement team and relied on motivated clients to keep up their end of the bargain. Glad I’ve realized this heading into year two.
