Thinking of doing some last minute solo travel. Any recommendations for travel from the east coast without breaking the bank during the upcoming holiday season?
What are some good tools/resources for learning about 401k, IRAs, investing in general, etc. I currently max out my 401k contribution but I honestly don’t know/understand much in this area
Moms help me. I'm resentful that I got pregnant and now stuck dealing with the exhaustion of a newborn and recovery. My soul mate Hubby wanted kids, not me, but since it was "something he couldn't live without" I agreed since I was on the fence. He's super helpful and we have family to help out, which is more than most moms. But the exhaustion and PP depression is making me resent my decision and him. Baby is perfect, a regular healthy full term joy. I'm so blessed. But so miserable. Help.
Does anyone know the average comp for a CRM Consultant in Accenture out of NYC? Or other tier 1 cities?
Hi all, Anybody from Deloitte who works on qliksense. I have an interview scheduled soon, so wanted to know what type of questions are asked. Thanks in advance.

I have an exploratory call with a recruiter to determine opportunities I’m interested in. It’s a Zoom call. Would you dress up for it?
Second round video interview tomorrow at a large food company. Manager level - do I wear a suit and tie?
My firm recently removed the CPA requirement to make manager in FDD stating that it is following the market. Being a CPA is definitely better than not being one but will it hurt my exit opportunities if I decide to not pursue my license? Do companies outside of public accounting even care that much about having your license / are others seeing this same trend?
I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.
Came back from vacation... time to plow through 324 low priority emails while i was gone 😂
Just curious if anyone at Deloitte has any insight into the possibility of working remotely in a tech/dev role in another city in Federal GPS and occasionally going into D.C. for client site? I know it’s client decision, but have any of them indicated their plans going forward?
Interviewing with N26. They seem legit in Europe, but does anyone have any word around their US operations?
A white friend is looking to buy an apartment. One apartment is in an older building in an established neighborhood. It doesn't have an in-unit washer/dryer. The other apartment is in a brand new building in a historically black neighborhood that has seen a lot of gentrification but it's still near a project with a gym, a nice roofdeck with a grill and in-unit washer dryer and costs $100k less. She's considering the first place despite it being more expensive and older. Racism is expensive.
👩👧 Anyone lost their mother when they were young? I’m in my mid 30s, and the older I get, the harder it feels (counter intuitively) ➡️
My dad works for the state and he currently has 7 months of accrued vacation and 10 months of sick time....we’re doing it wrong guys
