Why are you leaving (including whether they can get you to spill on any specific terms you negotiated with your new employer), questions about your team and partners, whether you want to make a record of any bullying / harassment and so on. Mine tried to get me to give the names of other people in the firm who might be quitting soon too, it was pretty funny.
