What do VC firms look for when hiring folks with MBB experience? For context, about to join Bain fresh out of undergrad and really want to do the right things to develop an ideal profile for an exit into VC. Is it necessary to have worked on DD engagements? I know that DD skillset is highly specialized which is why I'm also working at a VC fund before Bain starts.
