Hey gang, what's a fair salary for an ACD in SF?

I left an agency and worked in a small studio for 2 years. Now I am thinking to get back to bigger company. My biggest fear is to get along with colleagues. People in agency tend to be outspoken, eloquent, outgoing, funny while I am not confident in talking to people, or socialise in general. I need longer time to get closer with new people. And I find some social gathering meaningless. I knew I have to change, what kind of advice will you give me?

Anyone that takes a antidepressant also suffer or suffered from sleep issues / insomnia? If so have you had any success improving your sleep? I have tried multiple sleeping pills and don’t really help. I can usually eventually fall asleep, but I wake up multiple times in the night and then sometimes can’t fall back to sleep.

Real Talk: Are panic attacks and crippling anxiety the new normal in PR and comms jobs? I’ve found myself lately to the point that I’m not sleeping, I’m working 15+ hour days, I’m experiencing panic attacks and crippling anxiety.
