Hello. I recently got done with my 2nd technical round with Siemens for UI Dev role and I did well. During the initial screening , I told them that I can get my 90 days of notice to be reduced to 60 but after a recent chat with my colleagues, it looks like my company isnt willing to reduce the notice at any cost. I'm very concerned now, will Siemens be okay with 90 days? If the concern is that I would look for other jobs, I assure that I wont and I'll quit my job search if I get this.Kindly help

Most traditional automakers will require some level of bailout in the next 3-7 years as they struggle to transform their business to EVs. I would choose carefully. I personally think it’s risky as they need to lower production on profitable ICE vehicles and figure out a way to produce EVs at a profit. It’s a very heavy life they have in front of them.
I recently joined an OEM and I love it (Marleting role). If you like cars go for it. The industry is changing so I expect working on many new projects.
Sounds good! I’ll be in the strategy team and I understood first project will be on digitalization of customer purchasing journey. Sounds super interesting
