I got an offer for a 3-mo contingent role at Meta as a CSM that pays more than double what I make now.

The pay rate makes it hard (if not impossible) to say no - but I'm apprehensive about accepting a contract offer, especially one that's only 3-months  ending on Jan 2.

How do I tell my boss I’m not being paid enough when they think I’m being paid too much? I’m the business manager for a very small company but I literally do every job function from payroll and scheduling to HR, project management and outreach.
