What do y'all use to file y'alls taxes ? I use TT and am tryign to see if their are better options or just pony up the 200$ and get done with it?

I’m seeing lots of posts about really bad losses. If you trade you’re going to lose money - hopefully not all the time, but many positions will be mistakes. But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

Should I pay all cash or get a mortgage? My rate will likely be 5.5%, loan amount 420k to 840k (depending on how much I want to put down). With paying all cash, the sales office gives me an $15k incentive/discount. If i don’t get mortgage, I can always do home equity line of credit later (instead of refinance) if interest rate lowers in the future, right? What are the factors I should think about when approaching this? Also, nuanced differences between home equity line of credit vs refinance?

Hi I have a series I (inflation) bond question. I have a bond that was issued on 12/1 but I don’t see any interest payments yet. I thought that they would be paid monthly.
