What do you do if you’re feeling burnt out? I’m not working that hard anymore on my current project, I just don’t find any satisfaction, interest, or challenge in the work. I’ve been staffed on the project for almost a year. Recently I’ve really struggled to find day to day motivation and I still have to hang on another month before roll off.

And you say you have a month left on the project? Surely you can survive...

Same it’s covid, plus you need to change projects.

I am looking to shift into a CSM role after 3YOE in Tech Strategy + Program Management. I've been having a hard time getting interviews because I don't have quota/sales/client experience but I know I have all the soft skills and potential to learn technical skills (majored in information systems).

Any advice on how to navigate this more strategically? I definitely need to update my resume with CSM jargon but I'd appreciate any referrals/insights!

Yesterday was Saturday. At 11 Am my Manager messaged me on my Phone Number, Gmail chat and then in my personal WhatsApp to tell there's a client emergency and needs a couple of hours. I was online on WhatsApp so I went off. Then he started texting again and again telling how it's important and as I was handling the domain it will ultimately fall in me. So Saturday me and Manager on call for 3 hours. 😁 Then he said Happy Weekend while Disconnecting.

McKinsey & Company Can someone recommend the top consulting firms to look at for HCLS opportunities? Preferably firms with a dedicated BU in HCLS focused on advising as well as project based work. I am currently in discussions with Huron. Any direction/advice and referrals would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all, I’m looking to re-enter the workforce. I had to take a career pause @ the beginning of the pandemic because I had a child. I have 5+ years of experience in life science (bench top, pathology in a hospital, startup, and most recently clinical research). I’d like to make a slight pivot into a health informatics, clinical data or data analytics position but I’m also open to non clinical research positions like regulatory/quality assurance etc. Does anyone have any recommendations? TIA

I joined the current company 2 months ago and have a female direct report up for Assoc. Director. We get along great unless I make a suggestion to her and then she's unreceptive.

Example, I made a certificate of appreciation for someone on her/my team yesterday. I asked how the person reacted and it was glossed over, indicating the person didn't get the recognition from my direct report.

Ideas?
