I'm from RFA D USI (Analytics Team) and had a word with my manager today. Looks like there are no new projects coming in and i might be (no official communication) put on the bench.

Question is will I be paid if I'm put on a bench?

Its been more than 3 months and I am still on bench. What to do now?

I’m a new SM at b4. Shipped to a harsh client the organization is not sending any of its long tenured ppl to because tough environment, not exhilarating work. I have a team of 2 under me but it’s a back office transformation with long hours. Could be adding more value elsewhere, in sales, BD, strategic pursuits, etc but bogged down with 16 hour dreadful days. Do we think I can make an argument to be rolled off or will I be perceived unfavorably? I’m new so optics matter. Advice?

Scored very well on performance rating, but after a month on the bench, I may as well spread my legs in the air and ask if anyone is interested... #desperate

Would it be easy to get project after joining LTI in this unit ? If I couldn't clear client interview on cloud projects then will they change unit or how will I get on bench ?

What is the offboarding process in Accenture? I have been rolled off from my current project and also onboarded to the new project recently. Now my previous project manager suddenly woke up one day and said that he was asked to sign me off 1 month before my release so it slipped his mind and he had not made necessary arrangements for my leaving so he said I will get you an extension in the off rolled project for a week. Can they do that? They have also asked me for a contact from my new project

For folks on bench, how to increase utilization %age. Firm initiative allows to clock only 6-8 hrs max (in a week) at Analyst level ( in my case ). Does CED code increase utilization? Any inputs would help. :)

How long can a person stay on bench.. in Nagarro. If there are no projects why they are even hiring?

My roommate works at FAANG as Senior Analyst (Ops, 6+ YOE) and was approached by McKinsey & Company recruiter for an EM role. He hasn’t done consulting before. Would this be too much of a risk? His goal is to pivot to PE S&O eventually.
