Any solutions for back pain? In the middle of my second trimester, and my back has been aching, especially when I need to travel for work or have a lot of activities to do (reorganizing, grocery shopping, etc.).
I sleep with a pregnancy pillow, but was wondering if any pregnant mamas have some recommendations for pain during the day.
I’m due this week and have just been relaxing / watching tv. To be honest I’m very bored waiting for this baby to come and there’s not much to do other than try to take walks every day. All the preparation is already done and I barely had work this week so I just have lots of time…
Gave birth 3 weeks ago. I was just minding my own business. Avoiding family drama/avoiding in-laws. Was focusing on relaxing, watching tv shows that comfort me and having good food.
Also bouncing on yoga ball for 45 min to an hour a day and religiously eating dates. I had a fairly quick labor so I feel both those things helped me a lot.
Just try to rest, sleep and chill. first time mom here and I gave birth 3 weeks ago. Everyone used to say just try to catch up on your sleep, take naps and I was like I’ll be fine. But having this baby I’m surviving on power naps and 3ish hours of sleep each night
