Any 1 page resume template recommendations?
Make $120k Accenture now doing tech implementations, just got offer 200k TC EY business consulting. I love my job, have a great WLB (working 20 hours per week, no travel, clear path to M in about 1.5 years) - am I an idiot for even contemplating staying? What I would be doing is more PPT/functional vs Onestream/technical which I do now.

Definitely try to preserve the relationship
Research, apply/deny politely. Needless to say that if a client approached you, they already like you. So there is chance for growth

Just be very candid and respectful, but non-commital . “Hey, this sounds really interesting but I’d like to chat with you more before we invest a lot of time into this. I’m not totally sure what I want my next move to be so happy to explore!”
Do a little research on the company. Take a look at their core values and potential opportunities. They reached out to you with something in mind so I’d hear what they have to say. You may find that what they have to offer may be something you want to look more into. They may see potential in you that you haven’t seen yet in yourself. Not to be too woo woo but this could be the universes way of saying “pivot” to something better :-)
Final step. Learnt this the hard way. Make them feel that this is ur dream job n then pitch for at least 50-60% hike
When is the appropriate time to broach the subject of salary range expectations?

Definitely toward the end after you pretty much have an offer in hand (to be clear, this is what I did).

Have a conversation to validate your initial thoughts on if the role is interesting. Treat that conversation as if a recruiter contacted you on LinkedIn. Once you have clarity on the role/duties, compensation and other things, decide if you want to move forward or not. If you're really not interested, decline politely and professionally.
