Amazing leaders, I have been facing some resistance from our offshore offices and need some guidance. Context, I am an Indian and been working in US and Basel for many years now. My offshore office in India is all men (similar to my US and Singapore office), however the moment they realize I am Indian, their attitude towards me changes drastically. For example, the team leader in India office (also 10 years older to me) in a global conference call said that the project needs more experience cont

Has anyone come across this thing from the client playbook that insists on never using negative words like "don't" or "never" or "can't" in headlines or taglines? So something like "You're not yourself when you're hungry" would be dismissed outright. Who's teaching them this narrow-mindedness?

10+ YOE, experienced hire, and up for promotion to SC this year. My current project is straight up analyst work (absolutely no disrespect). I spend my days doing nothing but updating excel sheets, producing reports for slides, and doing extremely boring work (go into 100+ folders/excels and report back on who's completed what). I not only feel like this is BS, but I feel like it's going to screw up my promotion. I've never asked any analyst I have worked with to do this stuff, yet here I am...

I am a beginner DA user and trying to gain experience. I am trying to do a project on ESG for fun, and having some difficulty coming up with a hypothesis. Want to pick your brains and see if I can get started. I have data about CO2 emisiones, electricity usage, air quality, and that’s pretty much it. Using alteryx and powerbi (to visualize results) as I don’t have any other programs. Thanks so much!
