Hello, I currently work at NTT and am a top performer. I qualified for president’s club but there was no trip because of the pandemic. We were told on multiple company calls that winners would be included on the next scheduled event. My business unit has had record profits the past few years, but has made the decision to not honor previous president’s club reps, so no trip, no check, no nothing… I make a lot of money but my heart is telling me to quit. Looking for some urgent career advice
S/o to the Veritas Technologies LLC recruiter who reached out to me via LI for an interview for an AE role. We set a date and he had an emergency the day off and asked to reschedule. Day of the reschedule; no-show’d for the Zoom Call and ignored my messages, emails and call after. completely ghosted me 👻
What’s interviewing been like for you all lately?

What happens when we get into slumps is we start getting into our own head, making our performance even worse and making it even harder to get out of said slump. I personally believe when thing's aren't working out that it's time to take some time off and recharge. It allows you to come back at it fresh, and also reminds us that the job isn't the most important thing by far.
Take a break. We all hit that point from time to time, especially when shit's going on in your personal life at the same time. Take a vacation. Or short term leave. Whatever it takes to get your head right. You can't pour from an empty container, friend. Take care of yourself first.
Sometimes you just gotta push through it. Transitional times can be a great space to journal through, make time for yourself to just rest or have nothing to do, even if it's just 15-30 minutes. In the moments that you need to be "on," try to stay in the present, and recover after. Try to remember that this feeling won't last forever.
Take some time for you. Clear your mind and find your happy place. Then dust yourself off and go for some low hanging fruit to get your confidence back. Finally keep grinding, it never stops, but you got this!
Might be best to take a step back, detox social media or travel for a short while. Hoping you'd feel better again soon.
I think you'd need to take time off the soonest you can. If not, the feeling accumulates and would likely put you or your performance in a downward spiral. It happens to the best of us. Don't worry about what you'll leave during that time. Things will work out.

What do you mean by "transitional time"?
I take a couple days off and try to decompress. I go for walks on the beach and journal. It helps me to clear my mind.
I try to push through it. If that doesn't work, I take a break. This is gonna sound new age, but meditation and reminding myself about my goals in life helps me the most
