Hey guys - does anyone have recommendations for Indian wavy 5x5 or 6x6 closures? I was going to order off of Amora Renae (https://www.amorarenaecollection.co/product/thin-swiss-lace-5x5-closure/) but they aren’t restocking. I’m still getting bundles from them, but clueless on another solid company that would have matching hair (friend is making me a wig bc of a natural hair crisis I’m having, I’m absolutely clueless when it comes to anything like this)!

I sit and meditate and be present with my emotions. When I’m acting like that, it’s usually because i have an unaddressed/ unresolved feeling. I still my mind, let my sense drift to my body and identify where the disturbance is in my body and then sit with that feeling until it reveals what I’ve left unaddressed.
Was also going to say meditate. Slow it down, breathe deeply, be nice to yourself, it feels good

Means it’s time for some vacation. I get the same way just about every holiday season.
Burn out is like a river. You don’t notice the silt of burn out building up over the years. Then one day your river is dry and you need that sweet sweet PTO.
Tl:dr - take time off

When I get like this, it’s usually because of the following:
1) I am very stressed
2) I am very tired
3) I am hungry
4) I am hormonal
5) I need to get laid
6) some combo of the above
Once I fix the root cause(s), I stop being so cranky an irritable.

In all seriousness, I've dealt with this practically my whole life and only just recently began to recognize and deal with it. When I recognize it, I know that (1) I should not send any emails or other written communications (and preferably not speak with anyone at all) until I feel more balanced and (2) I need to take a walk, drink a recess or a nuun, and/or find divert my focus somehow (nap, meditate, dive into an interesting article, etc). Sometimes I can snap out of it quickly, sometimes it takes up the whole day. But bottom line, I generally have to let myself feel what I'm feeling but try not to act on it.

Get more sleep. Without enough, I turn into a toddler that’s been given the wrong color cup lol.
Burnout is real. This is an indicator for me. You cannot work your way out of this. You have to disconnect and relax.
