Consulting Exit Opportunities

What do you do when you take an industry job and it’s not as expected? Been in a FAANG job for 4 months but not enjoying the actual role. Possible to recruit for new jobs so early - any advice if so?

Don’t suffer from Exit Opportunity Myopia. FAANGs are huge companies with various departments and many possible career trajectories. Identify the type of work you want to do at the company, and then work on networking and developing the skills you need to get there. In the meantime, do your job really well—it can only open up more opportunities at a company this large.
