I am month 5 in a brand management role at a CPG company and I feel so overwhelmed with the steep learning curve. I am not an Excel guru and I gravitate towards creative/comms more than business analysis. I am not very passionate to learn about forecasting, volume etc either. I love the brand comms side and enjoy learning how to lead cross-functionals but I find the analytics/financials challenging and boring. Not sure if I am cut out to be a CPG marketer... Any advice?
