How their onboarding process is going, any questions, some areas of opportunity for the process, what they liked, what they didn’t like, who have they met with, how is their manager, etc. We do “coffee chats” so it’s a casual conversation pulsing for key themes. Then we have a formal survey at 90 days.

Will like to see please, in the process of updating our on boarding process, will appreciate this

Headed back to a client site for the first time since February 2020. What do people even wear anymore?! I feel like a kid playing dress up. Help.

If you apply for a remote position, will they adjust your salary based on where you live?

Do PE funds with portfolio teams (Vista Consukting, KKR Capstone, Bain Capital, etc etc) - hire MBA summer interns? Is this a thing?

ISBC and Citizens Bank merged, if I buy ISBC today is there any benefit to me given the $1.46 cash per share of ISBC and 0.297 of Citizens stock per ISBC share? Newbie to investing I'd assume there is pre merger date you'd have to own for any of these benefits or can I still buy? Bad thought all together? Thanks!

We need to improve our ability to take care of people in their homes. COVID is a perfect use case, as better to have these folks avoid the hospital

I interviewed for a job in a diff location and during interviews they asked me multiple times how I felt abt relocating. I said it was fine, but the more I think about it the less I’m open to relocating. I now have an offer from them, is there anyway to negotiate no relocation? They are remote until mid year 2021. I’m Happy to fly in on a monthly basis but I don’t want to move there.

I know it's early to even mention this, but has anyone starting preparing lessons for the fall? I want to create a remote learning webquest (how to use remote learning tools) so that students are prepared for anything.

Any tips for getting a job abroad? Currently working in Germany, applications abroad are basically all instantly discarded, while I have always get invitations for interviews in Germany. Have lived abroad multiple years before… I open for many countries, currently looking at Canada, Netherlands, Switzerland, US, Singapore and Australia.

Has anyone switched from a transactional practice to regulatory/litigation? Would love to hear about your experience. I’m a third year biglaw finance associate in NYC, but realized that my dream job would be working for the government doing some sort of financial or commercial regulatory/enforcement position. My mentor suggested going to a small boutique firm that does that type of work and eventually move to a government role. Is this a crazy idea? Welcome any thoughts!

Strongly prefer working in-person (I’m a people person) but potentially have a great too-good-to-turn-down opportunity that would be fully remote. Advice on how to make WFH better?

Headed to a T2 this summer for my MBA internship. Thinking of rerecruiting for MBB in the fall. Anyone know how recruiting might look this year post-COVID? Thanks in advance!!

First week in Big 4 and everyone is asking me to join their reinvest project… how do I say no? Or should I be taking in as much as possible? Just worried about burn out.

Simone Biles showed the world that there’s no such thing as the wrong time to prioritize your health and safety. It might be inconvenient and costly, but it is never wrong.
