What do you list in your “skills” section on your resume? I never know how vague or broad those should be

Guys, i joined a company for 13lpa(prod firm) but i didnt sign any Agreement or offer letter on first day as HR was busy. Second day morning i got a call from another firm where my 2nd round was on hold. Now i cleared it. Its 17lpa. Should i think ethically and continue or switch to new one ?? The second one permanent work from home and comparatively bigger product company. Personally i am very much confused and stuck actually. also not sure how to handle this.

Recruiter from Amazon reached out and wants me to interview for a position which is not quite matching my background. While I never got the opportunity to interview for the position I applied online. Is it ok to express that I do not feel comfortable with this position as it requires skillset which I have no clue. I wonder how does recruiter match me for that.

I️ was working on proposal coordination for a non profit before and then I got an offer to work in Tech. I️ miss proposals tbh but every time I️ interview for a proposal coordination role for a gov contract I️ blow it because the proposals are different from what I️ worked on in the past. Have anyone done contracting negotiations before? I've interviewed for co A & B and co A extended an offer today. The offer does not meet my current salary. I keep hiring sales people who are super enthusiastic and overpromising on what they deliver. I put them through a trial month (no base + commission only) and they do not close a single deal, Even though the commission structure is amazing and I’m incentivizing them through the roof. We experienced sales people are asking for a base and commission but I’m scared that I’ll end up having a base and the same thing will end up happening. What am I doing wrong?

Thoughts on unpaid design internships for a startup? As a new designer with a non-traditional background, should I consider going unpaid because I need the experience? Is this normal for the industry?

I started a new job a month ago and I hate it! I hate the culture (there is no culture) the way that they communicate (no meetings everything in slack) and the way that they work (alone) It feels pretty much like I am freelancing and I thrive in collaborative environment. I have never felt this isolated in my whole life. It sucks.
Has anyone been in that situation? If I look for another job, should I remove that experience from my linked in? Or should I talk about that if I get interviews?

Is the market really bad right now or am I just getting no interviews from job applications because I suck?!
