Would appreciate suggestions on how to ask for more in an offer letter. I got an offer at the amount that I said was the minimum of what I think I would at least expect, and dug myself into a hole because that's what the the offer came out to be. Just want some ideas on how to better phrase it other than "I was actually hoping for $X." Or "I think a fair salary would instead be $X given my experience." This is for a unique position at a small firm so nobody else has a similar role

Anyone with experience building a strategy process/department from zero? Got offered a senior strat role at an agency with no strategy or briefing process in place. Would the uphill battle be worth the jump and salary bump?
