This is why I always try to maintain dissatisfaction with my job and relationships.

Help others. Spend more meaningful time with family and friends. Volunteer to help others in your community or strangers. Help the people you work with grow and advance in their career out of genuine care and concern. Learn how to gently fold in the cheese.

Exactly. A happy and stable home is the kind of place we want kids to be born into.
Have fun, and try to help others. :) and then have some more fun. When you have a midlife crisis, which will happen, don’t do anything stupid. Build a support network that watches you and makes sure you don’t blow it all up. Then have some more fun. And help some more people :)
This is where you become a boring adult. It is boring because you’ve experienced a lot and you’re generally fulfilled. You shift your focus to making the world a better place, helping others, valuing quality over quantity. And although the boring stuff isn’t exciting anymore, sometimes it’s what you need.
Have kids and/or find a different "greater purpose" than serving your own wants.
Pro
If you’re living comfortably, do whatever you want in that moment, that day, that week, etc. That’s the purpose of becoming an adult and building financial freedom. Do what you want not what you need to do.
Focus on your friends. It’s so important as you age to have good friends you do everything with.
Assuming you don’t have children
Think about how to solve global warming
Gratitude. Meditation. Upskilling.
Read more. Learn new things outside of work. Have kids. Help others. Join the board of a nonprofit. Accept your own mortality and use that as motivation to make every day count and to leave the world a better place.

Get a PhD in a difficult subject
Was feeling the same so I got a puppy! Every day was a new adventure and then was thankful when that pup energy leveled out and life got a little more mundane again. I’m sure I’ll be on the lookout for something else to shake things up soon, it’s like a cycle.
