YouTube: fireplace 10 hours full. It will keep running on a loop in the background, you won’t log out but your status will show “away” after some time. Then again, who cares about away? Half the time people are in front of their computer with that status anyway

If you have the Teams app on your phone open, it won’t

I actually work, just no make up and dressed differently... I actually love to work on interesting projects and don’t have this 9 to 5 or hourly mentality... never had... if you are passionate about something and truly believe in something and get a piece of the pie, it is very different.

I don’t think so :) but thanks

Power options- no sleep, display options- no screen saver, skype- no active or away..

If can’t change settings, open a notepad and put paper weight on space bar .

For the record, I worked at all Big 4 so Manager 8 - pls do not assume. I worked for and managed teams at all Big 4 and at Fortune 500 and run my own shop now. But thanks for your perspective!

I nap with my wireless mouse on my chest. My breathing moves the cursor enough to keep the screen alive and with the volume up any notifications will wake me

I was about to ask this question. I have a client and company laptop and no personal. Am i going to get fired for using my computer for gmail and job apps

funny

I set up a meeting and share my screen so it looks like I’m always presenting

Taping a wireless mouse will never move the sensor that simulates movements.

Download any mp4 file—usually one of the firm’s silly brand promotion ones from the firm and play on repeat.

Bonus points if you’re like me and do this in the trunk of the car while the hotspot is on.

Have literally driven to Mexico with this.

This is amazing

I accidentally took a nap yesterday from 4pm-7pm

If I start at 7 it is

Netflix, gym, playing with my dog, laundry, eating, everything but work lol

Just put the laptop on the floor and sprinkle a little catnip on it...😻

WFH = work for home. I put my screen in presenting mode and take a 2 hr nap

likefunnysmart

Work.

Yeah, I work as well. If really tired, I'll take a nap guilt free and I don't worry about my away status. I've usually done my 40 billable hours by Thursday at 5 anyway, and my deliverables are always in on time. No one's going to challenge me on an away status. And if they do, I'll have no issues defending myself.

True dat!

Currently resting on my couch next to the fireplace. Might just bring my laptop down here...

A person can dream... 🤣

I used to have caffeine on my computer at my old firm. Haven’t tried it here since it seems more locked down but that program is a good one. I believe is simulates keystrokes in the background or something

I actually work. And it’s weird how I end up being more busy working from home than I do when I am in the office. The only benefit is a little bit more flexibility.

I can totally relate to it

As project management experts, we know how to manage teams. Shopify is simply a means to an end.
