I’m starting a job in a week (currently 2 YOE). I just got a first round at Bain and BCG. I know I am getting ahead of myself here, but would you leave the next job (small strategy firm with a leadership position in a hot industry- similar to a startup vibe) for an opportunity to work at Bain or BCG? Would this be a bad career move? Bad move for business school? My fear is that I’d be at 3 companies in 2 years with a 4 week stint at one firm.
