What do you think about password protecting the entire portfolio website? I have only 1 project. It is a company work, but I recreated all the graphics and design proposal. There is no sensitive info about company or its products. The only commonality is that the the updated design is based on the same research results, and I show the same user quotes and experiment/survey results + some features are the same. Otherwise, it is a different execution. Would it be okay to show this w/o password?

Are there any other Project Managers who have ADHD ? What type of PM work do you do? Outside of it just not being what I want for a career path if I advance / I don’t find it rewarding anymore, I have greatly struggled as I’ve moved up and now with the simplest things. Everyone says upskilling will help in career progression, switching. But, what I have observed is - if you don't have work exp on a technology, then ,the efforts you put to get trained on that is of no use.
I am in a Big Data project from past 3 yrs. Here, there is nothing on spark. Its all hive, sqoop etc.
But I did spark course. Still all companies want work exp, and don't entertain mere knowledge. So, if ultimately your project decides your fate, then, whats the use of training & upskilling?
