I’ve been an LPN for 8 years, predominately in pediatrics, both in patient and home healthcare. I’ve worked in medical offices for 10+ years before that. I was looking to explore options outside of bedside nursing/direct patient care, do I have many options? I saw another similar post but the OP is an RN, and I didn’t know how much that information would apply to me as an LPN.

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. I want to take more brainstorming, decision making responsibilities but I don’t see that in the career path for PM. Career path usually goes like this- Sr PM, Director l, Sr Director, and so on. But all do same work.

Serious question, please answer objectively. Are your sales teams all a nightmare to work with? I think we all understand that sales teams can be pushy (it’s their job to be that way with clients), but I get consistent feedback from my operations teams that sales is aggressive and disrespectful.
