What do you think is a good salary for a Creative Technologist fresh from a masters in the UK?

Is there generally a salary premium for people in M&A Tax compared to Core Tax, and is it substantial (10-20%+) at the Senior level or not until you get to manager and above?

I am working as a Marketing Operations Coordinator and loving my job. I am very happy with my pay and the workplace. I have a little under 1 year of experience and recently graduated college. I’d like to know what are the growth opportunities like in a role? Anyone else start in this position and moved up? Or do people typically stay in this position? What does pay look like for someone in this role with more experience?

I think I’m being underpaid, according to pay scale and some suspicion I’ve had over the last year. I’m almost at 1 year with my company and I’ve been thrown around to different products, and my new product is more technical, more chaotic, and more intertwined with other teams compared to what I was on. My only issue is that I don’t have goals or KPIs to compare when asking for a raise. Is it justified to ask for a raise when you’re in a more technical product line etc? I can lay out differences

Question about RSUs and taxes in the UK - Amazon makes us pay 6.9% of the NIC EmployER taxes when our shares vest, and this amount is deducted from RSU reported as income so we’re not double taxed. But do you know if we are able to claim back the 6.9% through tax returns? I hear a lot of people claiming some money back on RSU taxes but never understand what and how..
