I’d do salary for a person with that bill rate and do 5/40 to get to a base. From there, if they’re not giving healthcare or benefits, I’d ramp up from there.

Are you getting a 1099 (ie you’re a contractor). Shooting from the hip... offering to take 2/3rds (while negotiating done to 50%) feels right?
What are you doing for them? YoE? Qualifications?
The company specializes in elite college prep. I have about 3-5 YoE. Right now, full transparency, I get $44/hour when they bill $250/hour for my services. It feels extremely low and worth negotiating, especially considering I have no benefits.
Also, I received a W2 for 2020

Lol... that’s a laughably small cut you’re getting. The question is are you willing to walk if they baulk at the ask?
Can you go out on your own to and make more (on a time adjusted basis, ie accounting for customer acquisition time where you’re not paid)? Do you even want to do customer acquisition?
Moral of the story, you can and should ask for more. How strongly you push though depends on your BATNA.
