Private browsers don’t keep a record of your activity on the device. It doesn’t magically make your usage invisible.
I agree with all the ‘but why?’ However I don’t like to keep 2 different phones and I will be honest I have used mine to look up some of these websites in an incognito mode during off hours when it’s my time. Am I violating a policy? Maybe. Do I think they are monitoring- I don’t care. I haven’t been in any trouble for the 8 yrs. to be clear, never during work hours, never anything illegal. No harm, no foul.

I’ve seen people fired for having laptops full of pornography, but I think the issue there was saving it to the company device, not just viewing it.
I think it’s a fantastic idea! It doesn’t violate any AUP’s or Codes of Conduct. You’re good!
If they have monitoring tools installed on the phone or monitor traffic to and from this phone. This use case is in nearly every monitoring tool

The people monitoring you on the other side can admire your taste
Depends on how hot they are
And how young
Only if you use your phone while in the office.

It's likely that no one cares...BUT if they catch you and ask, do not lie.

Just because I wanted to go rogue
Just set it as your lockscreen, no way for IT to track it and easy access
Dont do this
Trackable, assume yes.
Will you get caught for it? Probably not, as long as you don't view anything illegal or do anything else that causes an investigation into your activities l, because the firm has more impactful things to handle.
If caught, and you didn't do anything illegal or involving others, will you get fired? Probably not, as attitudes on porn have liberalized.
However, the expected value of viewing porn on a company device probably does not outweigh the expected costs, especially because you can use personal devices instead.

Just do it. Will they fire you for your peculiar taste?
I think in most cases you’ll get away with it. Most companies are not invasively spying on what you do on your phone.
But why would you run the risk in case they happened to be checking your phone for something else?
Totally fine. I have a combined work and personal phone, so where else am I supposed to watch it?
I checked the authorizations in our firm’s phone bloatware and it doesn’t track websites or photos, so I feel like I’m good to go.

If your traffic goes through GlobalProtect we’ll know what websites you are visiting.
But no one cares.
It’s fine until it comes to light that they did not “just turn 18.” 😂
