What would be in hand salary?
Can someone provide me some insights into the Senior Solutions Developers roles at Amazon AWS? What are expected TC range for remote positions with 10+ years of experience? What kind of questions should I expect during the first technical interview(90 minutes)? Specially for the coding part(20-30 mins) what level of LC questions do I need to prepare for? I already got some ideas about System Design and LP parts however there is not any info out there regarding the coding part for this position.

As an Indian settled in canada i would say option 1. You’ll make less money, pay more taxes , but will be happier

Canada. You can always come back to the US with Canadian passport ✌️
All just want to share my experience. I ended up staying in US. I still have the same visa instablities and it looks like the end is not in sight(2015 PD). Some other folks went to Canada at that time and they came back and got their GC in eb1C. I do feel satisfied with the new firm also that I joined in US due to the regressive culture.
Which firm are you with now?
Growth, more money, visa insability = US
Less opportunity, Less money, more stability= Canada

Canada any time.
H1B is a curse.
I realize it's not clear from my question that I am already in USA from 2010 and have PD of 2015 and thinking about either US h1b transfer or Canada WP movement.
Thanks, D3 for taking the time and sharing your exp. I am increasingly looking for the US option. Somehow i feel with Canada, there are lots of unknowns. Again only time will tell what is good. And obviously, I will lose the current WP opportunity in some time.

I would also consider weather as that determines your quality of life

Also consider weather factor. If you grew up in subcontinent, that would be an important thing to think about.
