Recently moved in-house and struggling with how to document my contributions (keep a “brag list” if you will) for purposes of review season and eventual bonus/promotion/raise discussions. At a firm it was fairly easy to point to high billables, high profile deals, praise from particular partners or clients. Now I’m struggling because my work is so….day to day. Mostly negotiating typical sales contracts. Very few opportunities for visibility or high profile contributions if that makes sense.

People seem to like it. Better wlb than b4. Diversity supposedly is an issue based on posts I’ve seen on here.
Thanks, that’s helpful
I highly suggest that you find a better wlb/pay elsewhere. Many people are leaving the company now due to poorly managed conditions and expectations.
LOL ACN 1, the surveys aren’t voting. They anonymously survey the sentiment of the firm population. If you don’t think ACN does the same as do all firms you cray.
I used to work there and went to big-4. My WLB is way better and got a 50% pay increase. Glory days of WM are over because good amount of partners/directors/SPAM made a fortune from the MSD transaction and are starting to retire or go elsewhere.
WM 3 - I don't think those partners wanted to be there either. You drank the kool-aid way too much
In business school I found them and realized they have lower pay of most consulting firms. The Southwest Airlines or consulting vibes
Our compensation is not on par and they aren’t able to justify it anymore after the buy out…

The absolute clown I worked with went there as a manager so that itself is a 🚩

Looking for insight to WLB/salary. Would be coming in a senior consultant role

A whole bunch of acquisitions and roll ups, yet still under 3,000 employees. I'm sure there are amazing people there, but I'd ask a lot of questions around growth and opportunity.
The comp not being on par is a tired comment, if so why are so many people joining the firm? How does it continue to grow? We must be doing something right 🤔
About 3 years, we hire hundreds of campus every year and at our size the new folks have an impact.
