I think snow days are gone with online learning abilities. I would also like to see schools staying strict on keeping sick kids at home even if it is just a cold.

I do hope, for teacher’s sakes, that the option of distance learning and face to face at the same time is NOT on the table, is not an option.

Turning 34 later this year and been single for 2 years. Someone give me hope that I’m not over the hill.

I’ve frozen eggs so that doesn’t worry me, I just want to find someone that I want to build a life with. This year has almost been a waste of dating years with covid too.

Think I’m just having a moment with my birthday coming up.

Hi everyone! In addition to my consulting job, I’ve been editing resumes / cover letters on the side for years. I’ve been offering my services free of charge for those who have been laid off due to COVID—19, and have edited 350 resumes since the start of the pandemic. It’s been an awesome way to give back during this strange time. I’m now building a team to help me expand this initiative—if you’re interested, feel free to PM me!

Does anyone know any tricks to "cash out" of transportation benefits. Since the lockdown started I have some funds locked out in the transportation account with Payflex.Since the whole Covid situation it is very unlikely I will use these funds. The only option I found is that you can only use the funds for Uber carpool but it is also unlikely that I will go with 2-3 different people in a car.Another option I was thinking was to purchase a monthly pass, cancel the card and then calling for refund. Any ideas here?

All vaccines will keep you from dying or hospitalized. But some will be more likely to stop you from getting covid all together. We should be worried about the former rather than the latter.

So lots of health companies have pivoted to testing during the pandemic. Now that things seem to be coming to an end (or that we are accepting endemic COVID), what comes next?

I’m interested to hear thoughts on what the hot areas will be for the next 18 months. For my part I see:

1. Greater acceptance of home health
2. Convergence of health and wellness
3. Increased interest in employee health and wellness

I think home health diagnostics are going to be huge - what do others think?

Barred and live in State A, and pre-COVID, my company was headquartered in neighboring State B, where I’d primarily work. I have limited in-house registration in State B. We do not intend to re-open the office, and instead will be fully remote. I’ll continue working from my home in State A. I don’t need to maintain registration in State B, and just need to be barred in the state I’m physically working in, right?

Hi All! I had a 3rd round (screening included) interview at one of the fortune 500 corps. I sent a thank you note next day, got a positive response within few hours. And they mentioned in closure of 3rd interview that they’ll update me in several days, didn’t give me any specific date/day. I reached out to hiring manager after a week to give overview and follow-up on next steps, did not get any response yet, it’s day 2. Did they disqualify me or ghosted?Should I reach out to HR or should I wait?

I have 3 YOE and have worked in multiple projects with great review yet I still feel imposter syndrome. I feel like I don’t have any skills and will get fired at any moment. How do you get past this feeling? I have gotten/working on certification to feel more secure but doesn’t help. 😞

I'm a second year rising senior at EY. Currently have a verbal job offer on the table that I was able to negotiate for around a 30% raise on top of the 7.5% expected for incoming seniors as well as a 10% discretionary bonus. It's a company that is quickly expanding its accounting team rapidly and there seems to be opportunities for growth internally.

For someone that doesn't see himself staying at public past one more year max, and what are some opportunity costs I should consider?
