Anek, while well intentioned, was disappointing in being so meandering and preachy.

So so tired of always being the odd one out. My firm isn't even bad or anything I'm literally just exhausted from constant code-switching and never seeing a face like mine in the office unless they're a client. Not a check-in, need some help and guidance. So I am 26 years old guy, weight is 76kgs. But I look like my weight is around 85kgs (that's what my friends told me).

I want to lose weight and fat, target is between 65-70kgs.

I was thinking to do jump rope and do some strength training at home (I have dumbbells) and eat little less.

Please advise what routine should I follow to lose weight and fat? Is jumping rope enough to achieve the target?

Has anyone transferred their H1 from a regular company to a non profit? Is the non profit H1 different than a normal H1 in case of a transfer of existing H1?

Spouse was stuck outside US since H4 stamping stopped by EO. They came here on B2 and have been here some months now. Would you recommend apply for H4 and change status while they are here? Downside is it takes 10+ months and spouse can't leave the country in that time.
Alternative is wait till Jan and see if EO expires and H4 can be stamped back home in a matter if a week.
