What do you think works well at Mckc and what doesn’t? What change would you want to see?

I mean life is generally painful, but the thing that has always broken me the most was loss of friendships. It feels like a part of me dies every time a friend goes distant. I act all cool and nonchalant, but this hurts real bad. :(

If anyone's "base location" and "project location" is different in TCS. Will he able to do work from "base location" as it his hometown and in HR round clearly mentioned that he has some location constraint.

Or after project allocation will he be forcefully transferred to "project location" without his consent and "base location" will also changed? (*new joinee; 5+ YOE)

Is anyone still working fully remotely? My company says it isn't possible to have us working from home and we're not as productive when we're not in the office. This seems like corporate speak for we just want to stand over your shoulder to ensure you're working non-stop

Is it frowned upon to expense OT meals when working from home on a deal? My manager has been asking about hours and expenses so not sure if they don’t want me to expense. (Note EY allows WFH OT meals).
