How do I politely hint at a guy I have just started seeing that he is moving to fast? I’m a Junior right now and I’m thinking about my career growth. I’m planning at staying at my currently company at least until I become Analyst. I love R/GA and the work I do but I want to make sure I’m getting compensated fairly throughout my career. I’ve been think I’ll stay until I’m a Senior and then when I’m ready to be manager, I’ll start looking around and then possibly come back. When do I jump ship? Do I stay forever? Tips to stay motivated and cut procrastination? I started a new client side job remotely a few months ago at the beginning of covid. I know that I'm extremely lucky to have landed a role during shutdown, but lately my motivation has taken a hit. My entire team of two people is new, and it's definitely been odd to onboard remotely. Hi all, I landed a digital analyst role in a renowned retail brand. I would work on the app analytics to improve user product experience and increase rev overtime. They use Adobe analytics.

What data analytics skills should I learn in addition to Adobe analytics software? Should I still learn sql, power bi, python, r?

Or is it like Google analytics for marketers the AA navigation can handle a good amount?

Anyone have experience helping start an analytics department? We don't have one and I have a background in engineering 8yoe with 4 years of marketing experience as well. I think I could do this but I don't know what I don't know. Data is a passion of mine so I'd love to bring it to my company and carve a new role in the process.

I recently completed the Google Data Analytics Certificate. I saw a tip about getting projects on your resume that you can talk about in interviews. How did you go about finding projects to practice your skills? What was one of the first projects you took on early in your data analytics career?

I am a Business Analyst. I have 10 years of working experience in India. In May 2022 I will complete MSc Business Analytics from Maynooth university.
In the past I have lead a team of analyst performing multiple activities like sales analytics, web analytics on Google analytics, I have also worked as a scrum master in certain projects
I have worked with tools like tableau, power BI and now alteryx any suggestions for the job role I should look forward to?
