Don't look around too much! Focus on what you have in front of you and a way will be made for better opportunities.

That it doesn’t take as much money as I thought it did to buy a home or condo. Which I had bought way sooner than I did and not wasted literally hundreds of thousands on rent. 10 years out of college, and I could be 1/3rd of the way through a mortgage, and have some serious equity built up.
