However, a smaller non-profit company is offering me a chance to move towards a Data Analyst role, base 120K (remote). All things equal, is it a bad move to not leave my firm?

In college I kept changing my major between Phys, CS, Cybersec, and EE bc I liked all the things and couldn’t pick. Found out that I’m getting paid $5k a year less than other new grad hires in the same department and level as me (was told that new grad hires would get paid the same regardless of role). New grads were also told that we cannot negotiate pay because women tend to negotiate less than men and they wanted to keep things fair. Then I learned that a male peer negotiated their starting bonus when I was told that I wasn’t allowed to. Feeling undervalued and don’t know what to do in this situation.

I got asked to do 2 interviews for associate program manager role - 1 recruiter screen and they immediately scheduled for another one with someone from the business. Is this normal to already have another call with someone from the business before you even had a chance to chat with the recruiter ? This is for amazon btw
