I just got an offer for Accenture’s consulting development program and am wondering if I should negotiate my initial offer as a new grad with little consulting experience. I got another offer for EY business transformation but it pays less.
How do I ask ACN for more money and should I mention my other offers?
Any advice is appreciated!

That’s what it sounds like!
You're hired for a specific project then once it's finished you have 4 weeks to find a new project. If your don't, you're out.
OP if the pipeline is right then accounts would sometimes prefer having project delivery resource as compared to consulting resource because they are cheaper.
If the pipeline falls apart then PDM has a chance to find another project and if you don’t then yeah you’re out.
Ask to be put on traditional or specialist track instead. PDM is to scam you
In addition to what C1 said, the path goes from Project Delivery Analyst -> PD Senior Analyst -> PD specialist. So around 4 years of project delivery experience
It’s the SC equivalent, but on the project delivery model. Meaning you are hired to do your 9-5 job then go home.
Pros: You are not required to do firm initiatives or business development efforts.
Cons: Because you are tied to a project, once the project ends, you have a short shelf life (2-4 weeks) to find another project or bill to or you get the boot. If you have a good network, special skill set or clearance it is not hard. This applies especially if you have a Secretary or higher level clearance.

Secretary clearance? Wow they keep raising the entry level bar more and more
