Accenture has provided the letter, But in the letter the purpose Was written as “ for procuring Lawful Permanent Residency “…. Now I am not sure if I can use this letter as Employement verification letter

I previously maxed out my traditional 401k
I have about 40k

Once I learned more about retirement, I then stopped contributing to traditional 401k and started maxing out my Roth 401k
I have about 60k

I have about 25k of matched contributions

This is where I get fuzzy
-Should I/can I call the broker to roll over my traditional 401k to my Roth 401k (or do I need to open a separate Roth IRA and have them roll it into this?)

My counsellor told me that after completion of Probation, leaves for entire year will get credited.
But till now no leaves gets credited in LMS.
Can someone confirm how many days will it take to reflect the leaves?

Hi fishes, I am working in Business Consulting at Staff 3 level after my MBA.Currently, I am getting 10.08LPA fixed. When I talk with my friends and colleagues from other Big4, I feel I am being underpaid. Should I be looking for a switch outside or wait till October 2022 for a hike?

Tried to negotiate with HR about the designation to be upgraded to Ass. Consultant but they denied.
Feeling a bit weird moving in to analyst position. Please guide me.
