Anything customer facing is one aspect (CRM, ecommerce/multi-channel, user experience/interaction).

In digital (strategy), most of my projects have been customer strategy or commercial model development... I'd say about 25% if my projects have been op model and business unit strategy as well, with one or two short (4-6 week) PMO roles thrown in there. Most of my teams are split between DD and S&O.

Help me understand why Putin thinks Ukraine is worth acquiring at the cost of tanking economy due to sanctions? I believe Russia wont be able to control its inflation with its sole reliance on China. The economic cost outweighs any financial gain he can make from Ukraine. Do you think it was purely a political move to solidify his power?
