Dear Fishes,after clearing all the tech rounds i got a feedback from hr saying right now we need to fill the opening within 15 days once we get any new opening we ll send you offer or if you get any offer and resign we ll send you offer ,where as before screening itself they considered 90 days notice and didn't raise any concern ,concern were raised after clearing the technical rounds .
What can I expect , will I be getting offer from nagarro or i should just forget it and move on?

This reminds me of a conversation I had with a classmate.
Classmate: “So yeah, I’m going to marry my korean girlfriend - we didn’t have any in our country?”
Me: “didn’t have any? You sound like you’re talking about an object or owning one vs seeing them as lifelong partner”

The justification the shooter gave was to suppress his sexual urges. But the victims happen to be majority asian women. So it's clear he only saw them as sexual objects and nothing else.
Man sees an Asian woman and think demur and passive that he can dominate socially and sexually.

the sexualization of Asian women leads to us not being seen as human. In the atlanta shooting, that guy likely saw the women at the massage parlors literally as sexual objects, dolls if you will, not actual people. many people in the US view Asians as subservient/there to serve them, which is further exacerbated for Asian women
I think fetishization is especially insidious because many people don’t take it seriously. “omg why are you getting mad? it was a compliment, he said he’s into you!”
