I need some help. I love my partner but her insomnia is just painful.
She won't meditate. She won't do something relaxing. She won't get out of bed and reset when she can't sleep. She just lays there and then she gets frustrated and around 2am she's just a ball of tears because she can't sleep. Should I be teaching my young kids to read Quran in Arabic (so learn a new language just to read Quran but no value otherwise), or skip Arabic and have them read transliteration (so like Alhamdu lilahi) or third option to just read in English the translation where they will actually understand?
