I interviewed for an L6 Sr program manager role and was offered an L5 program manager position at amazon. I have 5 YEO and a masters. I saw the L5 role only asks for 2 YEO. Hey, I am currently in the process to decide between a BCG and Bain offer for a project leader role in one of their CEMA/Europe offices. I am joining from another boutique strategy consulting firm and would be interested to hear if the travel policies and expense policies differ a lot between Bain and BCG in Europe. I would assume for both companies the general rule is, if it is beneficial for the project / client there is no issue e.g. if you want to travel on a Sunday evening instead of Monday @

I was laid off during Covid a few months ago and honestly don’t want to go back to consulting. Most of my experience is in provider work (rev cycle, operations) and have reached out to my network but looks like I’ll have to wait it out much longer, or try a new industry.

What salary did you find that you no longer had to worry about money? Basically you didn't have to think twice about buying something you want For reference, currently make 135k in a T2 city but am the sole earner for my family and also have 1200/month in student loans, so still feel like I'm not there yet.
