What does your firm do for you if you complete a technical certification. Say for AWS, GCP, or Microsoft? Do you get reimbursed? A Bonus? How much? Does it differ based on the difficulty of the cert?

L8 folks, how much hike and bonus you got?
Quite new to Accenture, not sure what the standard hike % here is.

I am a project manager with the strong desire to transition into product management but I’m feeling a little discouraged. Every opportunity I come across mentions 7-10 years experience. I just started training for the Google UX certification with hopes that may better prepare me. Any other suggestions? Words of advice on how to best make this transition?

At what point is it too late to switch to a career in programming? I studied supply chain management in college, but more and more I find myself wishing I had done computer science. I have been working as a business analyst for almost a year now and am curious if that is a realistic career jump. I’ve been considering to stop pursuing the CPA certification and instead wanted to focus around more IT driven certifications like CISSP. I already have my CISA. I’m just not as committed to the accounting world as I used to be making it hard to study and put my full effort into the CPA.
