4x a year for quarterly reports. Weekly market reports, Bday cards, Easter, thanksgiving, Xmas, valentines for my widows, single and divorced. Recently in Argentina and I mailed out postcards to a few clients. For Memorial Day I send my veteran a special thank you. If I see an interesting article on a stock they own, I email it out. Fridays are follow-up Friday’s email. Anything pending, I send them an email. Cards and emails are cheap. It’s the year end gift that I mix it up according to revenue. Top 10 receive a nice basket. The rest Godiva chocolate. 👩🏼⚖️
I tier my clients 1,2,3,4 . Quarterly appt for 1s, annual for 4s, quarterly mags for 1s and 2s, Birthday cards for all’s, monthly calls to 1 (quarterly for 2), semi annual 3, yearly 4. Client appreciation events for 1,2.
I try to really do cool stuff for the clients that refer me lots of people. Rolling Stones tix, scalloping, football games, etc.
Holy crap you’re all doing a ton. I’m curious if most of you are newer or if you have good sized offices. I don’t do nearly what is being talked about here bc I can’t always keep that service up.
Green -400k mgd acct - quarterly calls, annual
Y- 150-400k, 2 calls from me, 1 call from boa
R-0-150k-1 call from me, 1 call from BOA
My CEI is great too
Oh and no gifts. Birthday cards to green and yellow
All should receive cards. Trust me it’s the little details that count. I just received 3 referrals today. Why? It’s that extra touch of service. I was in Argentina and I asked mother and daughter if needed anything from me in way of service. They both said no! I went beyond their expectations of what they had before. No doubt they will both refer me business in the near future.
