I really need advice here. How do I know if my therapist is working for me? I have had pretty severe depression for the past few months along with anxiety that got to the point it’s interfering with all aspects of my life. I started seeing a therapist in November, so it’s been almost 2 months. She is helping but I’m not sure how much. It was difficult enough to start seeing a therapist, and I feel like I’ve already invested so much in it that trying someone different is a terrifying.
