I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.

Don’t employers complete their background checks of employees BEFORE the individual starts? Or at least be done with it a week or two into starting? 2 months in and there’s a request for some documentation of prior employment. 🙄

My company is in the tech industry in Houston, TX. 5 days in office. Sick time and PTO are not accrued and are unlimited. I am currently at 65k. Anyone with similar position in Texas?

How many hours a week are you working? I’m generally clocking about 50-60 and I’m exhausted. I’m busy, but it’s mostly because no one I work with has any boundaries.

I'm currently making $75k with a $5k bonus as an EA with 6+ years experience, and 5+ years experience in my company's industry. Our company doesn't give out yearly inflation raises, so I feel like I'm falling behind. Is this fair, or should I be going after more? Can anyone in Vancouver, Seattle, Canada etc. shed some light on their salary?

This is my second EA job in financial services, and it seems like everything is ASAP and super urgent all the time, which is stressing me out. Is this normal for most of financial services? My old firm was so much more relaxed, but I’m thinking it may have been an anomaly.
