How does everyone feel about the future of the EA role going forward even into the post COVID era?

Hello fishes, has it become a norm with Big4s to staff candidates on pure play IT Program Management roles in the name of Strategy. Anybody in a similar soup, where your core skills lie in Business Consulting, but you are being repeatedly put in IT implementations. Experiencing gaslighting almost every second day. I m more oriented towards business than IT, and hence have a different way of approaching things. Any suggestions how to handle things except switching. Joined 6 months ago.

I'll be graduating soon in Fall'22 and preparing for Data Scientist role. Please recommend some online resources to prepare from.

I have offers from both United Health Group and Atlassian for a Senior Financial Analyst position. Similar Comp (Atlassian slightly higher due to stock options). Coming from another healthcare company as a SFA, does anyone have experience at either company? In the long term, does Atlassian look better on a resume/work experience due to the Tech/Software space? Currently my job includes payroll responsibilities and I’m thinking of accepting a new job at a new company that would solely be HR. Right now payroll takes up about 50% of my time and I’m wondering what should I transition my focus on if I accept the new job? This would be the first time I have an HR role without payroll responsibilities so I need some guidance to make sure I’m on track with my potential workload. I’ve worked as a Paralegal at a large law firm since graduating law school because I was waiting to take the UBE exam in Ohio and wanted the experience of a large firm and gain hands-on legal experience. I complete traditional Paralegal tasks, but many first-year associate tasks due to my “advanced skill set.” Today, I received glowing reviews at my year-end review, but when discussing my goals I was told that I couldn’t transition into an attorney role because “large law firms don’t do that.” 😞

I have an offer in hand from a startup for 90 LPA + 1Cr worth of ESOPs.

Let’s say you don’t end up as CFO for fortune 100 company but make it to Director/Senior Director, the career earnings of Partner still beat the Director/Senior Director over the lifetime till retirement at 60 right?

Or am I missing the boat and those RSU’s add up at the director/sr. Director level? I just feel like most salaries in finance/accounting cap out at like 200-250k base which if compared to the partner, they could be bringing in close to $1M in VHCOL like Bay Area no?

Hi fishes good evening. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All
